Registered Manager and Nominated Individual
Nyasha Mutsawu has over 18 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, including roles in NHS hospitals, domiciliary care, residential homes, and dementia nursing services. With a clean DBS record, she is well-qualified to manage regulated Personal Care activities.
She holds an Undergraduate Degree in Criminology, an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, an Access to HE Diploma, and an MSc in Adult Nursing. Her background includes 14 years as a Health Care Assistant and 4 years as a Senior Carer/Team Lead, providing a strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and best practices.
Nyasha’s leadership experience includes assessments, care coordination, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. She is also skilled in staff recruitment, training, supervision, and operational planning.
Operations Management
Will Chard is an accomplished banking and finance professional with extensive experience in roles such as Customer Service Advisor, Disputes Resolution Analyst, and as a Team Manager in Fraud and Consumer Disputes. Renowned for exceeding business objectives, he is adept at operational management and planning, effectively navigating change while ensuring business continuity.
A strong advocate for team development, Will is skilled in coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of growth in fast-paced environments. He possesses deep expertise in regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and effective communication, complemented by significant experience in investigatory processes.
With over five years in leadership, Will employs adaptable management techniques to empower his team and drive operational excellence. He holds an AAT Level 3 qualification in accountancy and is pursuing a diploma in Business Operations. His career aspiration is to drive transformative change in business and financial services, with a focus on risk management and customer-centric solutions.
